Dear Potential Sponsor, Since 1999, the Music Association
of Central Texas (MACT), a non-profit 501(c)(3), has dedicated its mission
to showcasing live music in Central Texas. MACT is pleased to announce that
we are continuing the tradition this year with our 8th Annual Fall
Music and Arts Festival at Camp Fimfo in Waco. Our
festival has grown into one of the best attended and largest annual events
in Central Texas. It is an amazing opportunity to get your brand in front
of new and returning clients and to be part of the live music and arts community
in Central Texas.
What is special about our Festival is that it’s Central Texas musicians
only. We don’t accept any musicians out of the area. This is local bands
and vendors. MACT will feature 15-20 of the best local Central Texas musical
acts on two stages all day. Last year there also were over 65 local vendors,
artists, and artisans. In addition, there will be music in the bar Friday
night. Camp Fimfo has over 120 cabins, even more RV sites, and tent sites,
as well as an awesome swimming pool, pickle ball courts, volleyball, mini
golf and much more. The festivals in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 were
an incredible success, and we expect this year to be even bigger. We are very
proud to be able to come home to Waco. We finally have a partner in Camp Fimfo
that is happy to have us.
Will you help support our festival and use it as an opportunity to
get your name and products in front of all these music lovers and fans of
arts and crafts? Your support allows us to advertise across the state,
reaching more adventurous consumers, and bringing more tourism to Central
Texas. The sooner we have your support, the sooner we can include you on all
our ads as well as make sure we have a banner on the stage ready. You are
welcome to have a booth or display your products at the Festival as long as
Camp Fimfo is cool with what you might have planned. We have booked fun activities
for all ages as well as incredible musicians to help us celebrate.
Remember we are a full 501c3 and as such are able to qualify for PSAs on
billboards, TV, and Radio. Last year, we actually managed a quick spot on
Thursday Night Football. Your brand included. Many providers also offer 2
for 1 ad spots as long as a 501c3 is involved. Contact myself and we can come
up with an ad that highlights the Festival and you as a sponsor. In previous
years, we have contributed the ability to have several billboards on Highway
35 one year and over 25 TV spots on local TV for the same price as the ads
you are already running for the same price you are already paying. The benefit
is for folks to see how your company supports local musicians, artists and
vendors, all without costing you any more than you are already spending.
